I agree with you my friend...Even if it's the only scene it's NTR...MC is cuck...Even if it was just one render, your game will still need the NTR tag, simply because its content matches the description of that tag or fetish.
Well, according to this site, "cheating" is any depiction of infidelity, regardless of who does it, whether the protagonist or anybody else. and Netorare will also be cheating, but with the added effect that it causes jealousy, so it is usually from the point of view of a protagonist in the story, which is exactly what happens in your game.

Throughout the rest of the story, punctuation is a bit iffy, spelling is mostly correct, and there are only a few confusing word choices. Overall, the writing isn't as bad as some other VNs but it's not great, either. Mediocrity = 3/5 stars.

Yo GReat start i dont plat these types very often because they aree very meh story wise. But this one is a feking gem! I'm hooked and cant wait to see the love story continue.

If I remember correctly, the cheating scene is presented as a flashback, similar to how the game 'Single Again' has a flashback cheating scene (explicitly shown). That game also doesn't have the netorare tag, likely due to the nature of the scene being a flashback. There's no need to add the tag, quit being a bunch of little bitches over something so small. If the mods want it added, they will add it. They haven't added it by now, so just suck it up, put in a fresh tampon for your bleeding vagina, and get over it.
