Man... just the thumbnails on the tablet would've done it for me. I don't know how Yuuto stayed with her after that. Also, sucks that there is no battle system in a rpg game.
Upon replaying this game I realize why I love Silver Bullet [his next game] so much more.
This game is low-key depressing.
Unavoidable cucking while you're unconscious, and unless you shut it down immediately [no game], the endings are depressing.
In two endings, your wife doesn't love you anymore. In the third she loves you but then supplants your relationship with a love/lust affair with a postgame character.
The Protagonist is screwed in every possible ending.
Its Hard NTR bordering on cruel. I feel terrible for the guy.

I believe all NTR Games are depressing because a part of the girl's mind is always saved for the NTR Guy.
Rather than you alone, he's there with some part of your girl's mind.

More like she puts the other guy's importance above yours. You're there to feed her kink lust, emotional support the other guy doesn't give, and the bankroll for their debauchery, and the one responsible for their consequences (debt they incur, any offspring, and any other thing that happens)
To preface, I first and foremost judge everything from the perspective of gaming, since that's the category.
But this is not an actual game, as there is no real gameplay. It's basically a visual novel made with RPGM.
You click through walls of text to automatically unlock scenes. There's nothing to explore or learn. If you want a game to play and to be challenged in any way, then this is not it.

I've been seeing quite a bit of praise popping up about this particular dev lately, so I decided to see what the fuss is about and binge my way through their games... starting with this one. I'd have loved to start with their 1st game, but alas, there doesn't seem to be any translations out for that one, or at least, not anything that isn't shit-tier MTL... Though I haven't even seen that.
That said, this isn't a game, aside from being made in RPGM. This is a VN, and it doesn't really do anything that really takes advantage of the fact that it's in RPGM. Even as a VN, it's almost a kinetic novel, since you only have about 1.5 choices that matter in it. I say 1.5 because the second actual choice is more of a choice of "what kind of fucked MC is going to be" rather than anything else, because no matter what, he is absolutely screwed no matter what he chooses at that point. While the overview mentions videos and choosing to watch them or not, the fact of the matter is that watching them or not doesn't have any actual impact on the story or on the second important choice. Would've been interesting if it did... there are definitely ways to make that more significant... but the dev either didn't want to do it or didn't know how.
Regardless, this does mean that there's not much to judge this thing on aside from the story, the art and the like... I suppose I can say that the presentation of it all is nothing special. As I said, the fact this is in RPGM doesn't serve any practical purpose. Maybe the dev did like this because RPGM is the only engine they knew how to work with and switching to another wouldn't have made sense for a single project? Who knows?
When it comes to the art... well, let's face it, it's janky. There's no other way to put it. It's gonna be really hit or miss in terms of how good it looks to someone. I was personally able to enjoy it and all that jazz, but I wouldn't be surprised if other people would be completely put off by it. This is not the kind of game you pick up just for the art, that's for sure. If you can't enjoy the rest of what it has to offer, I can't see most people getting to far with it.
As for the story, well, on the surface, it's the typical NTR cliche. Happy newlywed couple have a business together, shit happens to the husband, wife ends up doing sexy stuff to try and solve the problem. Anyone who's into NTR has seen this particular formula a bunch of times already. The set-up for this isn't anything particularly original.
However.
I think the dev actually put in some effort into their particular take of this idea. While the bulk of it falls under spoilers, at least to an extent, which I'll get into later, some of it is easy to notice early on during the intro so to speak. Unlike other stories of this ilk, the dev actually establishes Eri, the wife, as having a high libido from the get go, to the point where she frequently propositions her husband and ends up masturbating in the bathroom when he can't deliver. The hubby isn't specifically trying to be an idiot, like others, he's just overworking himself to exhaustion constantly, and that's what leads to the accident mentioned in the overview, but it also ensures that their sex life is basically non-existent. The dev does a pretty decent job of capturing the feel of "young couple struggling with their own new business" and does a better job than most with their setup.
One could potentially bitch about the unspecific nature of the hubby's injuries that keep him in the hospital for a month but still leave him able to walk around and shit after being unconscious for 4 days.... but really, no one should expect an H-game dev to be a medical expert here...
Moving on, the story does the thing that other NTR VNs and stories do and have done for a long time, where the only way to "avoid" the NTR is for the couple to avoid playing the game in the 1st place, so to speak. Again, nothing new here, but, I think the way the dev did it for this story is fairly atypical, in fact, I can't say I remember any other story doing what this one did. Usually, the way it works is that the couple runs away, or something else along those lines happens, not the kind of thing that happened here.
The only real complaint one might have is that the time it takes for the wife to fall is too short. The whole chain of events takes 5 weeks, so around 35 days. 39 if you want to count the 4 days the MC was unconscious. That said, between the set-up made for the whole thing and the fact that she was spending an unreasonable amount of that time cumming her brains out, it works out well enough.
All in all, I personally think that for NTR fans, if they can enjoy the art style, this thing is worth picking up and playing. It's short, but it does its job well and the dev clearly put in some effort in their take of this particular concept. Also, I suppose it's worth noting that this is one of Saikey's better translations, though some of it is probably because the story is relatively short and also because it's overall pretty simple. So I'm not gonna give them to much credit.
