Does it show save from another device would you like to use it, when you press on confirm it won't open?

it gives renpy error and just starts from beginning (i tried my android apk save with joiplay, not joiplay save)
Ask for help in joiplay discord server, they could help you fix it. Or you can use renpy repack and see if the save works
