And what are your thoughts on how Hutch and Vivian got together?

Maybe three possibilities(?):

1. Vivian decided she was done with her wild 'ho' phase and wanted to settle down. Hutch seemed reliable and was her best choice at the time. She fell in love with him eventually and they married.

2. Hutch has plenty of redeeming qualities that Vivian found attractive and drawn to, leading to falling in love with him and a loving marriage.

3. Hutch was a wild one back in the day, Vivian was the one to tame him leading to a loving whirlwind romance and a unexpected pregnancy. Life and responsibilities mellow him out to a mild mannered man.

I'm sure there are plenty of other suggestions.

I never supported her actions, see my past posts to verify that, not sure how you got that impression. I've mentioned before in various ways that fucking the boss to save his job is just stupid. I've even labeled her self-centered, selfish and narcissistic. Obviously this is a porn game, so we need some sort reason for the sex, so here we are!
Personal belief, you can never save a relationship or solve a problem by fucking others - lying and cheating.

On the one hand, I try to have some understanding in regard to Hutch and Vivian being placed in a desperate situation, one which (despite Vivian's bad judgment) involves manipulation and victimization by a sociopathic slimeball boss. Without the victimizer, there would be no victims.

On the other hand, regardless if the initial effort by Vivian to try to deal with the situation was motivated by good intentions and concern for her husband/family circumstances, how could she not ask herself the question: Even if allowing my husband's boss to have his way with me could save his job, do I really want my husband to be working for a man who would expect such a thing in exchange for keeping him employed? (and furthermore have her husband remain at a job where he has to face this man and take orders from him on a daily basis) So even if her intial action was sparked by good intentions, she seriously did not think very far ahead in terms of consequences. She may have believed that she was the partner with the plan and who was trying to take control, but she ultimately acted impulsively without much forethought in regard to eventual outcomes.

I would assume that Hutch met Vivian in her wild days. Hutch, probably a virgin nerd, was in the right moment at the right time and got a dream one night stand with young and wild Vivian. Maybe because there was no other guy around. He banged her and got her pregnant (or at least he could potentially be a father). Afterwards, the couple tried to focus on the family side, and Vivian calmed her horses down, at least in the early stages of maternity.

there is flaw in this theory as if vivian was really wild in her would she have been so easily manipulated by christian so many times, there is some flaw in vivian that we are not seeing(only the dev knows). the pregnancy might be a valid theory... but then again it up for speculation if hutch is the real father... for now unless we get a reveal of the past every theory is a valid theory. if it's not revealed then we just have to the facts that the dev has given us.

maybe im mistaken but there were a few who were strongly support vivians actions are the right course of action as i remember clearly saying that each department has different ways of solving problems and what vivian did was foolish. as you have stated ... the way she went about it also was wrong on so many levels that's how i think. and yes strongly agree with your last statement.

im sorry but anyone that feels remorse for hutch is crazy. the boss never hid his intentions for the wife to either of them. they walk in. he hugs then kisses wife.. the wife did nothing. she even was telling the boss how hot he is. hutch was telling his wife the boss is going to try to bang you... all this in front of hutch. she leaves holding the bosses hand as he degrades her husband right in front them both . and hutch is really so shocked the moment he sees wifey bent over getting banged by the boss? how she do this? how could he do this? i tend lean towards the underdogs/ good guys .... in this vn its hutch....that's my choice... you are free to have your opinions ... i won't change my support for the underdog even if he is cuck and spineless individual.... dont forget this is just a vn.... ... he is the opposite of christian....thats gives this vn rollercoaster of emotions for its readers. with vivian being the focal point as joe stated in his earlier post about main characters in the vn

In simplifying where I stand in relation to the main three characters, I would say that I am the most opposed to Christian (the husband's boss); I would hope for the worst possible ending for him.

As for Vivian, I am "anti-Vivian" in the sense that I think she repeatedly has shown very poor judgment; at least so far, I do not hate her as an imaginary person like I do Christian. However, given the direction of the story, I probably will come to dislike her as a character even more than I currently do. I'm hoping that in the end she is taught a lesson and continues to suffer and struggle emotionally for the harm that her attempted shortcut caused.

In regard to Hutch, I do feel sympathy for him as an imaginary character (which I do not think is "crazy"); regardless what anyone may say about Hutch being "weak" or supposedly a "cuck" (which I previously disagreed with while acknowledging that I understand there are differences in the meaning of this word), he has not performed any actions, intentional or unintentional, that I find to be cruel, not like manipulation/abuse from Christian or the selfish/thoughtless actions of Vivian. I'm hoping for a good ending (relatively speaking) for Hutch.

Also, in regard to Addison, I am hoping for a relatively good ending for her (assuming that she is a caring person and is not secretly horrible). This may not be ending up with Hutch somehow necessarily, but for me I would like to see some kind of pushback from her (whether out in the open or covertly) toward her uncle/the boss.

my speculation in regards to addison is that she is also a victim of christian. and the one next to him when he talking to vivian on the 3/4th day. 2 reason for this assumption.
1 she is the only person in the vn trying to support hutch even though its not reciprocated by him unlike vivian.she is the pain relief that hutch needs to not completely break.
2 to many render count and to many models....this is the dev's 2nd hobby project. his first is unfinished which would have been a prototype to hone his skills. the dev did say each update would be about 5000 renders approx... which in itself a back breaker for any config. let alone without monetary support to improve his rig from patreon or other similar platform.

Well Hutch got cucked by Vivian and therefor he is a cuck but he isn't a cuckold who likes to watch his wife getting banged by another one nor does he wants it.
Hutch said she should do this little project and work with Christian because Christian advised him to say so at the parking lot if Hutch still loves Vivian. Hutch is intentionally lying to his wife by claiming the decision to set the marriage open and let her work with Christian and the little project to be his own and that he didn't talk to Christian after what has happened at the ladies bathroom at the office.
Hutch knows he's lying to Vivian and Vivian sensed it but doesn't confront him so as not to hurt him further in his pride.
Imo this displays Hutch to be a weak character and Vivian to be a thoughtful one.

I agree Hutch's lack of smartphone usage is idiotic. I pass it off as the Dev's decision to keep the "secrets" dynamic.
Then again, for all we know he might have recorded or taken pictures but that element has not come to play yet (doubt it). maybe he will do it in the future.

I'm not very good at interpreting such situations, but here's my opinion: Christian gave Vivian a little test in the office this morning. He saw his situation in the kiss incident. Then he tested this too when he took the dominant role in their marriage. to hutch; "Don't bring your wife," he said to Vivian, "If you don't come wearing this dress, the dinner date will be cancelled." When he saw Vivian's behavior during the kissing incident and that she came to dinner in that dress, he realized that he could get her. Since he knew how much they needed this job, the rest was very easy for him..

Agreed, both did and do it for the sake of Hutch's job and not for the sake of their marriage/life/...!

Vivian agreed to Christian at the ladies bathroom to help on the little project without "working with him" ever again to save Hutch's job but she needs Hutch's agreement on this.

Hutch has now only one task in his job, to keep account of the little project his wife is helping Christian with for the same salary as before.
Meaning no little project no job for Hutch!
After the parking lot, Hutch asks his wife at home to help Christian with the little project and to "work with him".
Hutch got that manipulated that he even asks her to "work with" Christian again besides helping him with the little project!
