dunno what's there to explain here... hutch having seen his wife having sex with the boss... he should have intervened or did something...anything. that is a major flaw and can be equal to or worse than what vivian did until that point of the story. dunno about the rest but i ready posted my thoughts on hutchs reactions and brought it up several times. him being broken is understandable but not taking action that is the character flaw of hutch. dealbreaker made a post giving reason for hutch's reaction about that flaw, about media and society and genz and such not going into detail about that topic just search this thread.

if or will vivian save her marriage is a whole other issue which may or maynot be answered in the next update . so just waiting for the update. and trying to purge all the theories before the next update release. my guess is that she will do what guzti said ... go deep into the rabbit hole in the next update.

I misunderstood you. I understood that Hutch could only be partially to blame if he turned out to be a fraud (company, data clients, money) or a lover (Addison).

So yes, I would like to see more of Vivian's willpower/self-control come to the forefront at some point, hopefully not too late for any hope of salvaging her marriage or herself, perhaps as she thinks more of consequences and what she's sacrificing. Is it worth becoming less and less recognizable in relation to the person she was or ideally wanted to be (her ideal self)? And even if her actions save her husband's job or family financial security, will she in effect stain her reputation and become so different compared to who she was that she can no longer be the wife she was or the woman her husband loves?

Interesting take, maybe a bit optimistic, but anything is possible in this story.
The question is even if she does regain some sort of self control etc, would it be a case of too little too late, With Hutch no longer interested or totally disconnected, and then moving on to greener pastures with tighter pussies (Go Addison!)

For me personally I don't have my heart set on hutch and Vivian staying together I could take it or leave it really , the main thing for me is that I just dont want to see hutch get completely fucked over eg: that they just stay married and she continues fucking around forever and he just has to live with it or that she leaves him and it breaks him and that's just it , I would like him to have some aspect of power with it like if Vivian does stay with hutch and stops fucking around I don't want him to just take her back no questions asked and act like nothings happened... Make her work for it she has to earn it or that he takes her back and promises that the only way it will work is that he puts her through the exact same pain she's put him through an eye for an eye to level the playing field ( could be made into a second game with this ) or if she leaves hutch that's cool too but let him find happiness let him meet someone else , rob Christian for all he's work , get revenge on the two , cleans her out in the divorce and gets everything and the son hates her and sides with hutch and then Christian doesn't want her and she's truly lost everything

There really are a multitude of ways it could go for me , personally I don't mind as long as hutch is given actual happiness by the end of it and is forced to be happy that his wife fucks around and he just has to take it

It's not going to be a ntr revenge novel.
It's getting dark and darker because we see some of the events from Huutch's point of view on purpose with the aim of increasing the arc of suspense.
Be it as observer, be it by waiting at home knowing that his wife is probably busy, be it by snapping up the new rumors about Ms. Dubois in the office, be it by getting snipplets of texts or calls from her phone,...
In order to maintain or even intensify this tension, Sawyer will probably also be used in the same way as Huutch at some of the events.
This story can only end with a bang.

i think the cuckold term doesn't apply to this kn. i agree that it edges close to being a cuckold story. its still just a speculation on our part. i think if it was a cuckold story then SC Stories would have use it in the tag. that's just my view.

Cuckold in definition is already in the game, because as mentioned a couple of posts back, it just means a man whose partner (technically wife) is unfaithful/adulterous. Cuck/cuckold by porn definition is not in the game, as that tends to mean that the husband in this situation enjoys it to some degree - personally I don't see any indications that MHB edges close to that, if that's what you meant by that bit. Cuck/cuckold in F95Zone tags won't be added to this game regardless... because no such tag exists

I think it will be something dark.
Given the warnings the dev gave to some people about not liking the start etc.

Next update will or should give us enough "material" to point out the direction it will take. Really can't wait for that but not only the update, also the ruckus that will follow here in this thread

On a serious (and less inside-joke) note, we're only looking at a single update/release at the moment - when the next one comes out, how many new theories are we going to have, or do we think there will be enough in there to start narrowing down the theories?
