Option 3 would be the least seen and I guess least expected. It's the "happy ending" for the husband in this situation, if you could call it happy. I can definitely see it going that way, with some of the stuff dev has said. Can also see it going the way of options 1 and 2 though. That's what's so good, we're early enough in that all bets are still realistically on the table.

Personally though, I would take them in reverse order - with Hutch and Vivian ending up still together and Christian defeated, then Hutch going scorched earth, and then least likely Hutch totally losing to both. No grand theory to back any of it up, but just my own personal opinion on how things could go at the moment. For those interested, anything with Addison falls firmly in that second option.

of course, IMO he's a typical brainiac. He needs to sit down and think. He doesn't react well to sudden changes. However, he's good at planning - and I still maintain my opinion about Sunday's disappearance.

Don't you think it's a little early to be trying to guess the story's ending?
I don't know if the intention is for the story to go on for a long time or not, but from what I'm seeing in the comments, there are at least two chapters left. And if they're roughly as long as this one, that's plenty of room for a lot of things to happen.
I don't know, someone could be talking about a crazy theory like Vivian ending up in bed with Christian's niece (whose name I can't remember), something that seems far-fetched now, and then the natural development of the story will lead to that.
For example, of these three points mentioned above:

Any of these could be possible, and they would make sense if the story development is coherent and leads to it. But there are many more options. Some of which might be unthinkable now, but which could start to make sense as the story develops.

Personally I feel that it would defeat the purpose of writing Addison's interest in hutch into the story especially as he doesn't know how she feels so if he found out and given everything else I cant imagine he would be overly interested in entertaining the idea of she did this

the story consists of 5 chapters (0.2,04,06,08,1.0) according to the author's design
the story is already told, it just needs to be visualized. Given that SC Stories focuses on image/text balance - the story requires a lot of graphic work.

You know what I have always found interesting around these threads and Il use this one as an example so we will mostly all talk about how Vivian is a slut, whore what ever you want to call her but we tend to do it somewhat casually.... But when some people talk about hutch they will essentially do it with so much venom and hatred more than ever would be needed almost like they are hiding a little secret or projecting, now I'm not pointing any fingers in the slightest but I always found it somewhat interesting

Yes, it wouldn't make sense right now. However, there could be scenarios where it would make sense. For example, a scenario where Hutch hooks up with Addison. And Vivian, seeking revenge, seduces Addison, and sets it all up for Hutch to see. It seems far-fetched now, but the story could lead to that at some point, and it could make sense if explained organically. Or, I don't know, something even crazier: Vivian, to keep from feeling bad, insists Hutch find an adventure (as she's already told him). And he agrees as long as Vivian participates too.
I want to clarify that I don't like any of these ideas. They're just two silly ideas that just occurred to me. But in the end, it all depends on how the story unfolds. We're still at the beginning.

the dev has said things will get darker..so i see a couple of ideas for how it gets darker. Viv goes off the rails and starts fucking around with every guy she meets. not just Christian. Hutch plots revenge on Christian but i don't see him wanting revenge on Viv since he loves her. perhaps other revenge will come from Viv's son after she gets spit roasted by his roommate and his twin. she loved the attention from them so i can see her showing up at the dorm with son not around and drops her panties for the roomie since she is a ho. son walks in, and goes ape shit and attacks the roomies. they beat his ass and Viv finally sees the consequences of her actions. perhaps the son ends up brain dead in hospital as a result of the beating. that sets Hutch off on her and things get even darker from there...

Plenty of speculations once again on how the game will end. I sometimes wonder if SC Stories just threw together a quick story and didn't even think of a third of the scenarios we have come up with.

We don't have anything tangible about their past and how the relationship developed and matured and yet we try to fill in the blanks as best we can. I would like to hear a canon version on how they got together and how their relationship matured. Perhaps we will get that as part of the 0.4 or 0.6 updates.

We have plenty of theories on what Hutch is thinking or how he will overcome this pressing time in his life, (I've said plenty about this already). All we do know is Hutch is not having a good time, and he is definitely not a willing participant in any of this. We do know he is feeling betrayed and humiliated and very hurt. He probably kind of understands what Vivian's plan is or was supposed to be (even though he had no say in it, or would have agreed with it), but he think she is way over her head and too far gone at the moment to properly communicate with. if she refuses to tell the truth and lie to his face, or even if she continues to skim over her actions and use code/sub text, then no real communication is possible, yet.

He is not a willing cuckold, he is not getting any sexual enjoyment out of this (sorry Duke, I love your comments, but Hutch wont be wearing a dress and panties anytime soon).
Vivian is infatuated with Christian, she is rediscovering her lust and perhaps a new sexual awaking, and she is not a reliable and loving partner (no matter how she rationalizes her actions in her head). No true loving partner would ever knowingly hurt their loved one this way or anyway - I can't accept that, (perhaps I'm old fashioned, but that's what i think).

That's about all we know for sure at the moment. I'm looking forward to the curtain being pulled back further and more of the canon story being reviled.

If there's gonna be 5 chapters then it's gonna get bad for Hutch, I mean like rock bottom with the people's elbow on him. But with it being 5 chapters he has time to redeem himself. We all know Vivian is going to turn into a road whore for Chris and who ever he sics on her. Hutch will see most of it ,some will be hidden from him but will come to light eventually. He won't be able to take her back, she'll be to far gone and she herself won't be able to close the door to that part of her life. She'll prolly try and be heartbroken because like the old saying goes "you can't turn a hoe into a housewife" even if she was a housewife first. Once they a hoe they ruinted, this is trying in real life also.

There's always gonna be someone who can fuck your ole lady better then you can, facts. Once she experience's it on a regular basis. The better orgasms, that dopamine hit every time, once she gets used to that from someone other then you it's over. That's what they mean when they describe being with someone as an addiction, and it's the same high drug users chase most of the time. That feeling of euphoria you get when that dopamine hits, it don't matter if you hate what you had to do to get it you still want that feeling. She'll be to far gone and she try and make up by maybe threesomes with hutch and the niece. But it'll still end badly, hopefully he'll have enough goin with the niece he'll get wit her. Vivian will keep on doin what she's been doing till she gets where it will finally her body just gets numb and uses to the abuse. By then she'll be all alone except for maybe some cats and the occasional phone call from Grand kids.

Why do I feel that when Hutch disappeared for half a day, she visited those couples who experienced the same thing that Hutch and Vivien are experiencing now, and it could be that Hutch went to her son that day and Hutch behaved confusedly in front of her son, and that's why her son called Vivien to see if they were okay? There will be many dark events in the v0.4 update, but the complete and final dark path will be completely outlined in the v0.6 update, the revenge plan will be fully outlined, then in v0.8, revenge will take place, and in this update we will see Christian too.

Vivien is already fucked up for cheating on Hutch and humiliating him. And their marriage is shaky, Hutch is the sufferer and he is the main character in this KN. Vivien will not have sex with other characters, this KN is only about 3 people, not about the other dicks, that's why it's called My Husband's Boss. It's about how Christian humiliates and ruins a 22-year marriage and how Hutch reacts to this, what he will do or maybe not do, we can't know yet, only SC Sztori knows what the end will be.
But as SC Sztori wrote many pages back in the scene in the restroom, now Hutch can't go there to question Vivien and Christian and he can't hit Christian, but Hutch will still have the opportunity to do so. This KN is a Hutch-centric game.
