There are three possible scenarios for the non con. It's either done by Hutch in the moment of his and Vivian's arguing/confrontation; Christian trying to coerce Vivian into some kind of questionable deal and she refuses so he "makes" her to accept or it's done by a third person.
I think Hutch will rape the cat of the neighbours, to prove to Vivian he's still able to get some pussy.
Ah see I think itll be something from the past, in an attempt to better explain the characters backstories... we still get hints and pieces there's more going on that meets the eye through Vivian's tattoos and whatnot.

same to me sounds like im going to like this chapter more than the next since it's all about Vivian
I guess the dev had the good and the ugly and not quite something bad he could think of in his game...
But to be serious: he has hinted several times that (as I understand it) the transformative process which will be happening with Hutch could be seen as more interesting (and may be less well-trodden in other games) than the events around Vivian. I guess that's where his heart seems to be plotwise.

Every good NTR story should delve deeper into how the affronted party deals with the NTR itself. If you remove Hutch from this equation, the story wouldn't be all that special.
I quite like the scenes between Christian and Hutch - they are the specialty of this AVN.
