I know this is KN so there won't be any branches or multiple endings, and that's the main theory we can really make.
What will be the final endgame of this VN(hopefully we'll get the endgame)

1. Will Vivian really give in to lust and have multiple affairs with all the men interested in her?
2. Will Hutch true love give us a happy ending with love wins over fuckery?(very unlikely)
3. Will Vivian stays with Christian only and title get justice till the end?
4. Will we see a revenge arc of Hutch with Christian's cousin?(Most unlikely)
5. Reveal Vivian past and turn the story to other direction?

There can be any ending, we have so many theories but I think with KN progression all streams will get eliminated, this will make the story predictable but if the quality remains same I have no complaints.
*Also with KN we can expect faster & steady updates(A man can wish)

I'm taking a wild guess here but this is my idea.

This place does not look very richy it's not Christian house or other client houses, I think it's either Vivien son house or one of his friends' bec there are some books on the table and the room looks small which fit a student' place.

The other thing I am sure of by 80% is that this is a spying angle someone was watching her from outside getting (naked) ?? it may be her son's friends.

The preview picture from Dev shows us a view into a room with the dress and her heels a laptop with mini soundbox school books and the big drinking bottle on the table at daylight.
