The render you refer to was nothing to do with this game, you are correct. It was a leftover from a different game and the dev just copied over folders instead of starting everything fresh.

Another thing is some people think when she says "It's been 2 days I miss him already" meant she talking about Hutch but it's really Christian she misses

And also when she was trying to fix things with Hutch she actually hoped Christian would be more upset about her breaking up with him or tried to take her back and she took out this frustration on Hutch and how come Hutch would believe she loves him if her attitude is dismissive (she dismissed him when he tried to change dress) and rude like this.
The one time she actually was little bit honest (not fully) he let her hold his hand and believed her (shook head about starting new)

But then again she treat him like shit and leaves him without explaining which was supposed to be their date which she suggested first place so yeah Vivian may think she loves him but her actions doesn't seem loving to Hutch in any sense. Also I think Christian told Hutch that she would prioritize his command over him or the date would be a bust or maybe he thought at that moment "finally she is coming into her senses" (poor Hutch)

Also I think throughout the ch2 one thing is established pretty much which is her words toward Hutch is just words, there is no depth or feeling behind it

I don't agree on the evil part. He is just using the assets he has at his disposal to earn money and have a little fun too. She thinks she loves him. He will dump her when he has no need for her anymore.
