Project Update
Wow! Just when I thought the conversation here was slowing down it explodes again. It still amazes me the passion some of you guys have with the game. It makes me feel good. I really didn't expect this kind of response. That makes what I have to say all the more difficult.
I, unfortunately, have decided to give up on MHB. It started off as a passion project for me and I've put a lot of time and effort into it but reading all the comments in the forum and all the private messages I get, I realize I'm doomed to fail. Everyone is layering on top of me higher and higher expectations that I cannot meet. Everyone is so 'vocal', shall we say, about what they want/hope/expect and anything else is a a let down/disappointment/typical troupe. My simple story is going to fall flat.
It's been kind of stressful and gnaws at my soul. The healthiest thing is to just step away and maybe go back to model railroading. As a consolation prize I've included an outline of what the rest of the script was going to be. You guys can debate the direction I was going, including the ending. Take care, everyone. Thanks.
