The bag in Christian's bedroom is the KEY. Now everything becomes much clearer. At the time of the garden party, Vivian no longer lives with Hutch, and the bag is her things that she packed when she left for Christian. Now the question is whether she left on her own or Hutch kicked her out.
Hutch's presence at the party is explained simply, he still works for the company, and the party is for employees. But this is even more of a disgrace for him in front of his colleagues. By this time they probably already know who Vivian is. That everything is going bleakly for him...

I'll explain about the bag, when my wife went to her mother, she packed the same bag with the most essential things. And for the rest of the things she said that she would come later. Everything ended well for us, she dragged her bag back.

We need to wait for an update or some other information, we're just guessing based on five screenshots. Maybe she lives with him, or maybe she doesn't? Maybe she loves her husband, or maybe she doesn't? What we know for sure is that Christian fucks her right in front of Hutch, and regularly and without delays.

we talked about which pics are in which update some 50+ pages back. and i even posted what SC Stories posted regarding the sneak peaks.regarding the garden party and the bag it was already talked about.... those 4 pics(3 from the end of the update and 1 in the kn description) can be interpreted in different ways based on the sequence even if we exclude the bag. as these have already been posted multiple times. and these pics were the reason y your manicure theory wasn't working. even if it was a good theory. if you view them in this order the pic with vivian getting ready can be inserted after the 3rd. seems kinda logical and sequential.
if we take the bag into consideration this changes the way those pics are organized. which leads to the possibilities you and some others have already mentioned. only the first pic will be interchanged as the 3rd pic(4th pic in the garden party sequence) here has a door next to hutch which is clearly after the pic showing vivian adjusting her stocking in the kn description.

The author has a ready story, so there are renders from 0.4, 0.6, and I'm sure from 0.8 and 1.0. The updates are numbered by 0.2, meaning each update contains 20% of the story. Updates are released every 4-5 months.
