I understand that this is just a game, but... Can anyone explain why Vivian secretly went to the Boss's office early in the morning? For what purpose?

Regarding the script. In the announcement for this novella, the main character is presented as a decent, good wife, whom irresistible (Uh!) circumstances unexpectedly (oh what a disaster!) dragged into a series of sinful acts. If you start the game from this position, you will immediately encounter constant inconsistencies, with illogical absurd decisions and actions.
But, if the starting point is the acceptance of Vivian as a nymphomaniac, almost everything falls into place. (Here I refer to Vvian's description given by contributor nino40: ""cynical dirty nymphomaniac, arrogant pseudo-woke-up-old-fashioned-feminist-whore.").
And the author of this work clearly indicates this to us. This can be seen right from the opening screen (how Vivian looks at the Boss). Vivian's appearance, her tattoos and piercings are not typical for a woman over 40 and a teacher, also indicate this. Then we see her lustful looks, thoughts and actions towards both children (schoolchildren and students) and adults (auto mechanic). Her only (subconscious) desire is sex and sex again. We will, of course, see the result of this in the next series.

Since Hutch did not display much confidence in pitching Vivian plan she went early to meet and talk about Hutch keeping his job.
Regarding Vivian's husband. Over 22 years of married life, love, or rather infatuation, develops into respect and trust, then into indifference. Vivian's husband cannot but know that his wife is a nymphomaniac, no matter how much she hides it. Only the second option is real here. We do not know how their relationship developed. Most likely, this is a tacit agreement and a certain patience, because they have a son together.
The author's strong point is the scene in the backyard. The author did not specifically show us the foreplay. The story begins with Vivian's husband, who catches his wife having sex with someone else's husband.
This is, of course, a SHOCK! It is one thing to know that his wife is cheating, but quite another to see it with your own eyes. Jealousy develops into a painful resentment. Then another betrayal, then another and another...
INSULT is very painful and does not pass easily and quickly. Rethinking a new reality takes quite a long time, especially if you are a sensitive person.
/I say this because in my distant youth I myself had a nymphomaniac wife, naively hoping that I could change her. But no, these are vain hopes. And although I did not see any frank scenes, but not even a year of our life together had passed when I kicked her out. And you know what is interesting. There were no arguments, no quarrels, not a single (!) tear, she did not care. She simply took a certain financial bonus from me and left. I never saw her again. Respect to the author of this story - I again felt these painful feelings that, it would seem, had been forgotten long ago./

I find it had to believe she isa nymphomaniac . As has been mentioned she had apretty reserved sex life with Hutch. She did not do anal... She did not do deep throat. She did not swallow. She did not dress sex in nightgowns to get arise from Her husband... except once in awhile to maybe get something from him... That does not sound like the nymphomaniac profile.

Yep, there's a difference between someone who enjoys sex and a nymphomaniac. The definition of nymphomaniac is "a woman, though occasionally a man, with an uncontrollable desire to have lots of sex, especially with different partners." None of that describes Vivian. Whether that will remain true come the end of the game is another matter, but certainly at present, it is clear that Vivian is not a nymphomaniac.
And for those who will try to argue that point using that one evening at Christian's house as evidence, having sex multiple times in one night does not a nymphomaniac make (not to mention the part in the definition about her desire...).
