I think that men attach much greater importance to virginity than women. ;)
Not even that I personally think it's a bigger act of betrayal overall it's basically I couldn't give a fuck about your wants or needs fuck them , and especially with this going down the open marriage it would hit harder, if it was just standard cheating and the husband didn't know about the cheating in the first place then it is what it is but I think with it being an open marriage it makes a massive difference and if it happened I would say you don't come back from that

It's kinda like while the marriage is open and Vivian fucks hutch's dad if he's alive but we will say for the sake of this he is

Doesn't matter that the marriage is open she still fucked your dad you'll never come back from that no matter how much you work on it

So my point is it's a wrong that can never be made right there will always be resentment, anger etc around it essentially making it impossible to move past

this is my observation, it is simply more important for us(man) than for women
we attach more importance to it, we give it additional meaning ;)

It wouldn't bother me either way but I'm more just saying those two situations regardless of how open the marriage they are the point of no return

I currently rooting for hutch to Rob Christian and cripple his company and go off into the sunset regardless of Vivian is part of that or not haha

I also believe that Hutch has already made the first moves in the area where he feels strong (work, numbers) and in retaliation he will attack Chris's company - but he needs time for this and he will have to endure Chris/Viv's insolence

As in that she kills him or that they are banging
In terms of the theory, it's that she is the one in bed when Christian calls Vivian at night.

Really depends on how you're looking at it. From the second post here, it seems like you're viewing it from the male side of "taking it" but that doesn't consider the female side of "having it taken" or choosing to "give it away" (or, of course, "saving it"). I'm sure you'll find it's a lot more even than you're suggesting, but in completely different ways.

Plenty of women are aware of the fascination with cherry popping that some men have, and the women may therefore place importance on it, because they know the power it gives them. There are lots of facets to what you might think is a straightforward thing.

I respect that, it's just it all happened so quickly for both of them.
Vivian got herself into a vortex of events so that she is not in a position to free herself under her own power and he is powerless in the face of it all.

At least this impression arises in consideration of release 0.2!
Yeah Vivian got herself in the terrible position of fucking her husband's hot amazing lover boss, the poor thing! Let's do a go fund me for her? :ROFLMAO:

I still think there was a letter or note in the dress box offering his job for sex with her , you can see as they go to leave and in the car journey and even up till the point before they bang , she's fighting with herself for the decision she's made in her mind almost fighting her self with it

Tho the bedroom scene was over the top personally talk about kicking a man when he's down jesus that was a lot personally the garden scene on its own would of been fine

The only letter that came with the dress box was the message "Can't wait to see you tonight".
Part of Christian's game plan. Telling Vivian if you don't show up the dinner is cancelled and ordering Huutch afterwards to come alone to the dinner.
Vivian still mesmerized with regard to her meeting with Christian and the stolen kiss can't wait to show herself off to him, well knowing she's playing with fire.

Well she's not enjoying it yet to the fullest...she still has to process in order to finally be able to devote herself fully to it.
She enjoys it at the time, it's just the guilt after of just how much she enjoyed it that she struggles with.

Now that Hutch has pretty much given her his consent to fuck Christian whever she wants, that should take away part of the guilt. She suggests moving away together, Hutch is the one who suggests the alternative, now he has to deal with the consequences. Fuck around and find out, quite literally!

Exactly, now she doesn't need to wash away the guilt and shame she feels while taking a shower afterwards or texting to Huutch while in the middle of something.
She can now relax while showering and even remind herself of the beautiful encounters...and text or call Huutch later.

Yeah I wasn't sold on the either I wanted him to at least show more emotion make her feel more guilty maybe even plant the idea of I don't know what this means for us I need to think about it but if you need to do this while I think about things so I can keep my job so be it , but instead he danced around the whole matter to address it then opened the marriage not even so much as a what the fuck where you thinking when you started this or when she went to see the boss the first time even tho he said not too

I firmly believe Vivian is at fault for it all , I also find that she does hutch no favours as I think she emasculates him alot of the time either willingly or unwillingly like those stages where she's like I need to hear you say it annoyed the fuck out of me

ll could of been one in the box and we just never saw it , no I firmly don't like Vivian let's be honest I've not been shy about it haha

But I guess the letter in the box theory is me giving her some benefit of the doubt rather than it being after that meeting for the first time she instantly like I'm gonna fuck him and that will make everything ok

I'm trying to give her some form of redemption here and it's just got away from her

Vivian wears the trousers in the relationship or has done, that much seems clear to me. Hutch doesn't tell her what to do, likely doesn't even have much of a say. When we see his outburst in the kitchen you can tell that Vivian is shocked.

They are both at fault here ultimately. Hutch could have not been such a stubborn fool and just looked for another job, even if it was for less money. Vivian even said how she could teach full time to make up for the difference. He's the one who won't budge or compromise. Then we see Vivian meet Christian and the whole thing spirals and I agree that she is then the one who is more at fault here.

I understand that. As I said it happened all very fast and without having further information what was talked or said between Vivian and Christian at the showing the house tour and later in the bedroom it's difficult to accept such behavior.
Some of us accepting it as given fact in a pornlogic way, others doubting this way of outcome by comparing it with real life events.
The Only reason I see it that way with the letter is because if it's not it means after 22 years of marriage in under 12 hours or so of meeting someone she has decided to cheat on hutch and at the stage it's not that she's doing it to save his job it's because she wants too and if I hit that stage my hatred off her will only grow haha and Il never been able to stand her- plus it helps with my support of hutch as he doesn't deserve to be fucked over that badly

il end up being like let's not murder Christian let's murder Vivian instead haha

The same with the tallking code event when Huutch opened their marriage and he said he thought about it a lot.
That might be on his M.I.A. day on sunday where we have no clue about it at all.
Sounds like you could on to something but I do have an incredibly dark theory where hutch comes out the winner if your interested haha

I don't think there was a letter in the box saying that, for a couple of reasons. One, it would be pretty stupid of Christian to do, as it would be a piece of evidence that could be taken to Hutch and also to any employment tribunal or whatever. It would be a really poor move that I just can't see someone with any sort of brains making, if he was actually looking to get out of that night what he did get out of it.

Two, he tells Vivian a few times that he has never made this offer, and it's all in her head. It's part of his manipulation, making her think that he's forcing her, but he's very clear in not saying the words. It's part of the "the door was always open, you just had to leave" talk. If there was a note detailling his plan, he wouldn't be able to go down this path and say those things, as she'd just turn around right away and say "that's not what your note said."

As far as the car ride goes, whether she knew what actually would happen or not, I think it's clear that Vivian knew that something would likely happen, and she was psyching herself up for it (either to do it or to defend against it). I took it as telling herself, as much as Hutch, that she could look after herself, and that she might have to suffer a little discomfort to get what she (they) wanted out of the evening - remember of course that they were going there with a plan of their own.
