I don't care what gender a dev is hell they could be a freaking alien from outer space for all I care just as long as the content is engaging and enjoyable and not too tedious, I have zero issues I was just pointing out to the person that there are in fact female devs that make these games just as much as male devs.
Well said!

It is just my feminene intuition... Maybe it is because the deep emotional portrayal of Vivian that I can attach with
Dev said something like that Vivian is the less narratively interesting in the sense of problematic complicated and intriguing compared to Hutch. Would a woman ever say that? :)
But seriously: I would say the whole premise, the whole scenario is archetypical for male nightmare fantasies. It's a male power game it's the fear of loss and humiliation. Where is the female fantasy here? I guess a woman would have at least concentrated on the scene with the boss, if it's about the feeling of being overpowered, losing control, bargaining your seductive power, gaining something, managing the lust of the man, sensing the risk, getting off of it etc. I guess these things would have been more interesting from a female perspective compared to concentrating on the torture of Hutch. But then - you never know.

Agreed. I like seeing my FMC being stolen, I have no interest seeing husband being stolen thus typical male protagonist NTR games aren't my type of games.

What questions arise next? Do dev's drink their coffee black or with milk for breakfast? Do dev's get up on the left or right side of their feet in the morning? Oh no, now I know: What color are their underwear? A Dev is, first and foremost, someone who has written a good story and brought it to life visually. The rest is irrelevant.

It’s the basic, instinctual attraction to the more dominant male. The desire to be “taken.” I do not mean to suggest this is how all females operate. Society has largely gravitated away from this basic archetype. Yet, you do still see elements of it today, but with money. Some men still try to use money to attract women because some women still go for it. Example A: Bill Belichick. No way that fat, ugly old grump scores an attractive much younger woman without money. No woman would ever look at him and think, “I gotta get me some of that!” Not without several zeros in the bank account. In Vivian’s case I think Christian quickly ascertained her basic instincts and pounced.

Even if it may be regarded as irrelevant - just a reminder that the most popular erotic novels of the last hundred years are published by women or under female pseudonyms...

**VIVIAN THE STORY OF A MODERN DAY BORED HOUSEWIFE**

Many modern women, especially the extermly beautiful ones, who seem to "win" at life—marrying young, securing their man, who is usually their second or third-choice husband, (as the one they wanted got away), they get that dream house, a luxury car, 2.5 kids, and regular vacations and an additional hoilday away with the girls—still find themselves bored and unfulfilled in their marriages. This dissatisfaction often stems from settling for stability over passion, checking off society’s boxes only to discover these external achievements don’t bring internal satisfaction. A void emerges, a gnawing emptiness craving novelty, excitement, and emotional depth. When these women turn to their husbands to fill this gap, they often find their partners, focused on providing rather than connecting, don’t know how to help. Frustrated, women will seek the emotional support and sexual thrills elsewhere, frequently with an "alpha dog" type who offers temporary escape and intensity. This willingness to risk everything—burning their world to the ground, for a few hours of feeling alive—reflects a primal, not rational, response to that unfulfilled longing, prioritizing fleeting passion over the steady life they’ve built.
