I have no earthly idea why this happened, must be my mistake, will change ASAP. As for Google finding it dangerous, any Renpy game can be run through RenPy SDK if you're not sure about the executables. Also all code is easy to look at and see there are no malicious viruses in the game.

Then MEGA is safest I guess. I don't run these hosting services obviously, and yes a lot of them are spammy mess. As for wrong versions, I am fixing it as I speak, unlike the filesharing sites, this one is on me.
Fixed all links to 0.40 -- sorry about the initial confusion. As for filesharing sites being marked by Google as dangerous, not sure what to do about it. These are the ones recommended by f95zone. I prefer Mega and this is the one we use on our Discord and on SubscribeStar and it works well.
