Change the language to JP for this event, you can change it back after it starts, it's bugged in EN.
It cannot be uncensored.
The post you are referencing is a generic uncensor guide that does not remove "backed-in" censorship like this game has.
a.k.a censorship is not an overlay over the image - it IS the image.

There's another link for a patch for this game (you're replacing a file in a folder), but apparently it doesn't work. It even says in the description that it's unensored with the patch. I always filter out the "censored" tag here, because censorship is the bane of my existence.

Download "Cheat Engine" - It is very easy and works almost with everything.
Watch some yt videos how it works. Really easy.

the uncensor patches are working, they remove the uncensor ,,Overlay,, so u have only to deal with the baked one. because this game has Baked + Overlay censor ...
Just to clarify on the censor thing: You can only make it less bad, not decensor it completely.
