Agree that's the biggest problem with people that get into open relationships. They don't sit down setup rules and boundaries. Then when something one doesn't like happens shit goes down hill. It's nothing to do with the paths. It's not a case of no hj etc on the non-cheating path (I can never remember which colour is which, sorry). It's a case of the MC being aware of it on that path, she is doing it with his knowledge and basically his permission. Even though it happens, it's not cheating on that path, because MC has allowed her to do it. If the MC hadn't allowed it, a hj would be cheating.
