It's easy I consider any scene where the mc isn't there watching and knowing everything to be ntr.There are many real choices before the spit choice. Are you inferring that is a meaningful choice? The act happened already. Spit or not to spit is after the fact. It could be a Red Herring for all we know.
I love how Joshy92 got four answers to his question and only responded to two. (bias) I am not throwing daggers; just showing cognitive bias in action.
Now for something not off-topic:
The game is great, IMHO. We need more of these.
If I'm not involved, I don't want to play it's that simple.

NTS can include humiliation. Japanese NTS novels tend to specialise in that stuff.

I kind of felt the same even if she does tell him after the fact. I think this is one of those rare games I can over look it cause somehow I still enjoy it despite im not a fan how the NTS stuff is handled and the pacing of it + I love teasing. Also helps she does tell him everything for me but yeah this falls more into guilty pleasure NTS game for me. So I totally understand this cause normally id probably feel the same in most other games.

I play as a spectator in EVERY game. So I enjoy just being taken on a ride via a nice story with hot scenes.
