MISW Update 0.4 - Gold/Silver Release!

Hey guys! ✨
I hope you’re all doing well! Today is the big day—Update 0.4 is finally here!
This particular update was pretty challenging due to several unpredictable events I had to deal with, and I want to apologize for how long it took. But with that said, this update sets some exciting new milestones for us!
Numbers:
  • Over 700 new renders, effectively doubling the total count from updates 0.1 through 0.3, bringing us to more than 1400 renders in total now.
  • 4K+ lines of code in this update alone—pushing the previous 6K mark to over 10K lines total.
New Features:
  • For the first time, we’ve added SFX! Currently, it’s mainly used for dramatic and emotional scenes, but I plan to expand its use and enhance the audio experience over time.
  • I also did a quick UI overhaul, so let me know what you think. This is another area that will keep improving with your feedback. Feel free to share suggestions!
In the next few days, I’ll be posting about my new workflow and the steps I’m taking to avoid another delay for 0.5. I’ll also have more news about tiers and benefits. I’m really excited for what’s on the horizon!

Release Calendar
  • April 07 – Release for Gold/Silver tiers
  • April 14 – Release for Bronze
  • April 19 – Release for Free Members and Supporters
For now, it’s only available to Silver and Gold tiers. Just a friendly reminder that leaking really hurts the project. I’ll be releasing the game for free after just two weeks, so please do not share it, or at the very least give me a few days. I hope you understand. Thank you so much, and enjoy the update!

Really? The dev claims this update alone has the same amount of renders as all the updates before it combined. Is that not the case?

I suppose it's a case of "wanting more" as opposed to a case of "not a big update" - he's not (necessarily) saying it didn't have much/as much as before in it.

Having skimmed the story this has been largely based on, and seeing one of the leaked images from this ep, I figure it's still sticking roughly to the same path as that story. I hope that either in this chapter or soon after, it starts to move away from that, as the story became less for me the longer it went on. I guess what we have in the game so far sticks to the general vibe of the story though, so maybe it won't diverge - which should hopefully be great for those who enjoy it more than me.

It’s still shying away from full penetration?

This never was a serious story to begin with (neither the original nor HornyDog’s adaptation), so I would say prolonged teasing does not fit the theme here. By reading between the lines of the reviews for 0.4, it seems there’s still no sex. I’m not too invested in the project to say it’s underwhelming, but I suppose it’s also still “early days” for the story to get there.

Kind of mixed for me cause I play this for the teasing more but also yeah this story doesn't need it to be slow to get there either. Especially with the context of the story and game so far she is crossing so many lines what is 1 more at this point.
