I think it should be a final update sort of deal, you can basically skip through the whole game to each scene in less than 15 minutes. It's a VN after all.

I think the key idea behind these galleries is that you don't have to do that - you can just fire it up and navigate to your preferred scene to view it again. The second aspect is using the gallery to find scenes that you've not come across in the game because you made different choices. I know plenty of people who will find a locked scene in their gallery and know from that that they have another path somewhere to play in order to unlock that scene. It's not always a case of people wanting to ciew the scenes in the gallery instead of actually playing the game.

Eric looks 30, but we can assume he just looks older than he is, let's say he's 25, his mom is a slut - we can assume she gave birth at 15 (lol), so the lowest age we can assign to her is 40 - some still look hot at that age

No need for extra main female for me. Side female characters will always be in the story anyway. Raf is the ligth and for story, in red or blue path maybe in both, she will lose the control. Dosage should be change for both paths. Similar with most NTR/NTS game but story quality, how they embrace, what is she want to do or what he don't want to do will take are in the hands of our Dev. I fell comfy bc of that.
