Doug really only has one true friend, and that's Jim. Jim is usually high, but he doesn't mess with Doug or make fun of him like Bruce and Erick do.
I think Doug is simply weak-willed; he can hardly stand up to Rafa, Bruce, and Erick.
I think towards the end, Doug will waver between love and hate for Rafa, and perhaps rekindled feelings for Stacy will also come into play, which won't make things any easier for Doug.

I think Bruce and Erick already knew Raffa before the vacation. At first, they mistake Raffa for Doug's girlfriend, and apparently, that's reason enough for them to grope Rafa. Doug then tells them that he's now married to Rafa, presumably, they haven't been married for very long.

It becomes clear right at the beginning of the story that Bruce and Erick aren't real friends.
I don't know if they're stalking Doug online.
They're more likely stalking Raffa, that would probably interest them both.
And the fact that Doug wonders where she learned such things shows that he's at least briefly wondering what his wife used to do.

I can't say enough that Jim is Doug's only real friend in this story. Most of what happens between Rafa and Jim is initiated by Raffa, who more or less seduces Jim. Stacy, on the other hand, let Bruce win her over at some point, however that may have happened. Presumably, that's one reason why Stacy and Doug's relationship failed.
It's also possible that Bruce somehow blackmailed Stacy into sleeping with him, but that's just speculation.
I'm more curious whether Stacy also had something with Erick, although I'm not sure if I want an answer to that.

Its probably the blue route where you forbid Rafa from doing Anal, like thats a legit question what was Bruce and Rafa were doing in that route as they 100% did something
