There are a whole shitload of neto-whatever to describe a bunch of convoluted scenarios. I've seen a meme pic with like netoraresarerare or some weird shit, but none of those are commonly used. Only the main 3 subset of the NTR abbreviation really matters in terms of tagging. From what i can understand, you will be cheating on your boyfriend with lots of other guys. Japanese are smart with their fetishes, this one is called "Netore" (not "Netorare"), as in "Cheating". You can still use NTR abbreviation with that, but overall meaning is somewhat different.
And regarding netorare with male (cuck) or female protagonist (stolen), it's really the same scenario with slightly more or less emphasis on what the male MC is going through. Whether it be male or female protag, the players are fapping to the female's sex scenes with the antagonist (cus the male protag is a cuck whose scenes are generally only there to show how shitty he is in bed or how vanilla it is). Sure, sometimes, it's closer to cuckoldry where players only see what the male MC sees, but more often, it's recollection room stuff or POV switches. So it really makes no difference.
If you think about it, do you honestly think true masochistic cuck self-inserting boys make up even half of the fans of the NTR genre? It's a small subset. The broader and more general appeal is simply the corruption and infidelity fans that want to see some good woman degraded and turned into a cheating slut.
The reason netori tag is significant is because netori stories tend to not be the same thing as playing a netorare scenario from the perspective of the antagonist. Netori is bordering on wish fulfilment and power fantasy, so authors generally want to appeal to that group who wants to self-insert by making him relatable and decent instead of an NTR antagonist fuckwad.
And obviously netorase is totally different vibes so it makes sense to give it its own tag.
When the prophesized new tagging system arrives in 2050 or something, we can try to clear some things up, like adding netorare(female POV) or something. Until then, it would be great if the site doesn't make these female protag NTR games harder to find (or hide).
