Last time I looked, "Reunion" didn't have any incest and the dev didn't plan to write it in any way an ipatch would make sense. Has that changed?

Landlady is a little too quickly to be ready and to follow, in other words, too submissive to the instructions of the doc for my taste.
A little more consideration, conflict and discussion with the MC on the subject would have done the story good.
Anyway, well done and very sexy everything! Sometimes fast food is just the thing.
