How does the "raise study" thing work, exactly? Do I have to just let her go to lecture/library/etc. without doing anything or is there something I should do? Does that mean I shouldn't raise her depravity level or do I need to raise both?

I think you need to talk to Anabel in each of those locations and choose the option to Raise study. I would avoid raising her Depravity level, although I'm not sure it matters.
But I cannot talk to her. Only read her mind (which does nothing) or whisper something but it is stuff like "My pencil has fallen", "I'd rather go home", never something that could help raise her study level. I don't have a "raise study" option.

Let time go by overnight, you should get a new task in the morning.
You can only raise study once in each location. Once you've done it everywhere, visit Anabel at 14:15 in class - she'll be hanging around after class talking with the teacher.
I only had the option once, when we first see her in class and the angel is watching us. Not once in the library, and at home, I only had the option to make her do her homework when she was on her computer. I've somehow raised her study level up to 73 but I've been stuck at that level forever now.

Have you started talking with the redhead yet? Whisper to her between classes and get her to talk to Anabel.
After you suggest that she try something new, I think you also have to visit her after school while she's on her laptop at home. She'll go on PornTube and watch threesome videos. Then watch the map at 21:00 for an event at her house.

Redhead is nowhere to be found in between classes. Also, I can't whisper to people other than Anabel so I'm not sure I will have the option if I find her (I can't whisper anything to her during classes).
I have a problem. When I was playing , completed some tasks and the game crashed. I loaded the nearest save and it crashed on the same spot. Then tried to load deeper save file which I downloaded from this forum and after loading any save file the game was only crashing.

Ah, if you can't talk to others, then you need to learn new skills. Visit your office. There should be a stack of papers on the left side of the desk. Sort Souls and you'll level up. Once you level up, you'll learn how to whisper to other people.
Sex at school is a two step process. Between classes, when Anabel is standing by the window, talk to the two guys near her. Tell them to make a move. Then, visit the school again on the next break between classes and look for Anabel in the bathroom.
