Probably because there hasn't been a post on SS since 2023 and the dev hasn't been seen for the same amount of time.
A post was made 30 days ago on one of the devs other projects advising a split between MAC and PC downloads on itch.io however a post was made 50 days ago on all the devs projects with the following

Oh the Irony, I downloaded this crap backwards like most did, to be confused af and like umm why teh fuck am i a chick? oh im 3 chicks? wait wtf IM A CHICK? but wtf? Male Protag ? Realizing its obv not gonna help fill me in on the first part i download the 20 fucking get first part so pushing 40gb of crap, for it to start off and get weird, not good weird but wtf? why can't i make choices why are there even choices and god dammit DEV LET ME PLAY THE GAME! Dev calls your MC the "True Male" xD FORCES the player to literally be raped and become some braindead slut off the start calming its for teh story but also saying flat out its their fantasy.. So many people tried to tell them to not do it but they legit just snapped back instead, just like they do ingame. No wonder it didn't pay the bills homey, you legit kept pushing people away to tell your own fantasy version of the story you pretend to let the players be apart of, players who can become or are customers.

I wanted to play it at least to see whats its about. But long time absence of new content forced me to abandon playing. Even more itch deleted game as many others of that kind. So goodbye my little harem.

Impossible to escape the dungeon scene which is just dumb. I figured I would give this a try and now I am eternally trapped in the dungeon scene....wtf game is this? broken as fuck.
