It's in the dev log on patreon. The NTS path is going to be based on her being submissive.

Okay I used the Universal Choice Descriptor and yes it effective 2 paths, Netorase path where Husband is first supportive and then slowly become dominant and wife feel supported and slowly obbey the husbands commands, while the Netorare path the Husband is first dominant forcing the wife to do things, resulting into the wife becoming dominant and fuck and mess around who ever she wants. So it basicly a position switch NTR/NTS game, where submissive become dominant and reversed.

On Netorare she just do things on her own, On netorase path she does things you support her too and tell her what to do (maybe netorase is the love path, where she stays loving hubby, but also do things with other men for the world saving.)
