Looks to be abandoned. From the look of Patreon, the dev didn't even give out a public release for 0.5, despite it being out since the start of February.
The last post from him was over a month ago, when previously he posted something on Patreon every week or two.
Could be the fact that he only has 45 subscribers and barely makes 200$/month, but still a shame.
The ideas the dev had thrown around don't really go hand-in-hand with that bonker premise of the game. It started one way, but seemed to be going the way of your run-of-the-mill NTS/NTR game with a FMC. The whole "Last fertile woman in the world" makes no sense anymore.

Abandoned. Can someone tag the mods? It’s been 3 months without word from the dev, which qualifies it for the tag.

Hey everyone,
I’ve seen the recent comments, and honestly — I understand them.
The silence, the lack of updates, and the absence of a clear timeline all point to one thing: abandonment.
And I don’t blame anyone for thinking that’s what happened.
But I want to make it clear:
My Loyal Wife is not abandoned.
The past few months have been unexpectedly challenging for me on a personal level. I had to deal with some serious real-life responsibilities that took a toll on my time, motivation, and mental health. That’s not an excuse — just the truth.
I should’ve communicated better. I should’ve posted something instead of going quiet, and I deeply regret that part.
You supported me, some of you even with your hard-earned money, and I went radio silent. That’s not okay. And for that, I’m truly sorry.
Now the good part:
I'm back. Fully.
My school is on break, I’ve left my full-time job, and I'm finally in a place where I can commit to this project the way it deserves.
The next update — NTS 0.5 — is in active development, and I’m aiming to release it in the next few weeks.
From now on, I’ll be much more transparent and consistent with updates, both here and on Patreon.
To those who were disappointed or angry — I hear you.
To those who still care about the game — thank you.
