1. Make backups.
2. Extract to game folder.
3. Overwrite.
4. Run MLW_Main.exe.
5. Start a new game.
7. Choose "Lewd"

I'm confused about the version also. Seems the OP is being updated or should be. Also sometimes when I speak with any characters the dialogue options are missing... so I guess ... I'll wait for the 0.5
