I've always had an issue with comments like these. Because it relies on folks making assumptions out of nowhere. To make some irrelevant point or grandstand. Let's ignore the simple fact that unless you out here creepin on folks. You have no idea what the people who complained are into. I just wish I didn't feel so much empathy all the time... (especially for characters that don't even exist). But at least I discovered this crap right at the beginning, before I became even more invested in the game (which would make my hatred increase in geometric progression).

Probably a version conflict. Delete old saves.

from the way I see this dev number version from the 0.3.something (i think i started there), 0.A.B is just:
0: not complete
A: new version with content
B: bugfix for A

Dev used to post each changelog with their own change, but lately they just been adding the hotfix to the bottom of the changlog without separating the new and old, hence why lately changlog have have been 0.5.xxx or 0.6.xxx. Aside from knowing the bug fix is in chronological order, we have no idea which bug is which version.
