It runs on Exagear. The funny thing is, it won't run if you have DirectX installed in it. Removing them fixes the issue. But the game still crashes once in a while. I've only tried this game with Exagear 3.0.2, i might have to try different versions to test it out.
This was an... experience. This is definitely not a typical incest VN. The focus of the narrative is not on the Mother's sexuality and corruption, but rather examines the concept of family. To that end, the bull character doesn't just simply fuck the MC's mother but rather destroys the entire family unit. It's why the the scene where the bull rapes the MC i thematically appropriate (for those wondering why the tag is there). The story is brutal and confronting, much like reading a Maijo Otaro novel.
If you're purely interested in something to fap to, I wouldn't recommend this (unless you have a very high threshold for emotional pain). But if you are interested in something different, then give this a try.

There's an H-anime of this by the way for those that are curious and don't know. I'm happy that a cult classic NTR VN is properly translated and not just MTLed. That's usually the true meta NTR.

Usually its a VN/Game first THEN becomes a hentai not the otherway around lol.
