I understand that some people might have personal issues, and that’s totally normal. The developer actually mentioned this earlier and temporarily stopped taking subscriptions for a while. They only recently got back to working on the project again — I think it was around 3–4 weeks ago.
Aside from continuing the new story content, the dev’s also been experimenting with some new features and revising a few parts of the existing content. They’ve already announced that the next part is expected to come out in about two weeks, which doesn’t seem like too long to wait. Personally, I think that’s pretty reasonable.

It's quite reasonable not to set dates and then move them several times. I'm sure, after two weeks they will do it again.
