Don't think there will ever be cheating in this because MC and Vi have a sharing relationship, Mc best friend is cuck with a thot girlfriend who's also best friends with your girlfriend who's down bad for Mc. Older stepsister is a slut who's down for anyone, younger stepsister is also down bad for Mc but is also a voyeur who will eventually join in the sharing. Stepmom also shows signs of wanting Mc and is friends with neighbors who are in an open relationship who will also bring in Mc and her to join the fun. So yeah, this game will eventually become one big share fest and everyone's cool with it.
I've noticed that some players would like to see NTR elements in the game. A sudden turn toward NTR wouldn't just change the tone and dynamics of the plot, but could also disrupt the story's logic, character personalities, and overall atmosphere.

Perhaps the author might consider a separate project or alternative route in the future, but for now, I believe it's important to let the game develop as originally planned.

I could have NTR but then tell my boyfriend and he agrees. I could cheat on my boyfriend and then have him consent and agree. I could have both. I don't see the need for the "main character" to always have to be present if he's okay with me having relationships with other men, since the game was open to having moments without the main character, like the younger sister scene. I think it's a drag to always tell a story from only one character's perspective. Seeing different paths for different characters without the same characters always being present is interesting.

I think that NTR cannot be well prescribed at all. It's always about corruption or blackmail. I 've played hundreds of games, even on rpg maker, it was always bad. After reading more than a thousand hentai manga with the NTR tag, it was always bad. But when I came across NTS, I really liked it.
Those who want to add NTR just want corruption or blackmail, they don't need to write the plot well.
