As far as we know, from both Patreon and the Discord server, the next update is aimed for the end of the year, if possible. Ultimately, it will come down to the size of Chapter 5, same as the previous ones.
So far the developer has kept increasing the content with each update, but they might opt for a change of pace at some point.

I only speak about the reviews clearly made to damage the reputation of the game, and especially the Dev's. It doesn't take a big brain to see that 3 reviews of a game updated 3 weeks ago were made in a timelapse of 20 minutes, all of them said the same thing with different words and, by checking the activity of those accounts, magically all of them navigated through the same threads at the same time.

I took a look at the reviews and I have to agree, you might a few mixed reviews right after an update on the same day but not a month later... and all being negative reviews - something smells rotten

1- I criticize the game, instead of properly answering you say all those reviews and critics belong to same person just to defend the game
2- When you realize there is a potential that you are wrong (Because you realize i am acting confident since i know these accounts aren't mine) you say "I can blame anyone i want but i am not responsible if i am wrong"

Man, I haven't read their reviews , but I read the discussion from three pages ago. This argument is only going to hurt the game. How many accounts do you think they can make? A thousand? Soon, these same three people will start leaving one-star reviews again, spacing them out over time. They’ll grow bitter towards the game, spam it, and then come back later with new accounts to drop more one-star reviews. They might even go as far as to disrupt your work
I recommend not making enemies out of them. It'll only damage the game's rating
Report and remove their reviews, but don’t make enemies
