So what is the problem with NTR/Swinging that people seem to be so offended about?

And whats up with people saying that the characters are too slutty?
As somebody with actual experience, I can tell you from memory that I have never seen more slutty women than in this scene, which totally makes sense.

Once you commit to it, its all about lust, pleasure and letting yourself go in a way that you never have before, you're not in it to impress others...

It is not about them being slutty. It is about we seeing the same dynamic with every single character. We can see the slutty side of NTS with Vi. And that is great. Can't we have a character who isn't get involved in NTS for a change? Does every character have to be carbon copy of each other?

And ok, let's say dev really wants to do corrupted shit. Fine. Let's have a character who really humiliates MC and doesn't even sleep with him. Well we can't have that too. Apperantly every single character has to sleep with MC and be involved in light NTS.

No one is offended by NTS. People are pissed about dev's claim of every single character will follow the same path.

But you know what? I am done. Apperantly people are pleased with dev's claim of everyone following the same identical path. Good luck with your harem light NTS game.

In regards to paths; It's not just the code and script, but also a ton more images to generate, more story to develop. The more routes with various characters, the more complicated it gets. You'll have to plan ahead like...alot, otherwise you might eventually run into situations where previous scenes won't make sense based on dialogue or interactions between characters unless every individual route never crosses another, but at that point it's like creating a game inside the game and basically doubles or triples your workload if you wanna provide content for every route in every update, making a single update take way longer to develop (nobody wants that). And if you don't do that, you'll have to constantly go back in the story and create content for routes that have been left behind for months or however long, which all things considered would be a net-negative for everyone.

Way too many developers go down this path and we all know how it ends in most cases. 1-2 updates a year with luck or straight up abandoned. The way CG is doing it is, in my opinion, the way to go. Tons of people really enjoy his vision and the story, and those who don't, well, shit out of luck I guess. There are plenty other games to play.

I mean, there are rather simple choices like "Fuck character X in doggystyle / missionary / the good old Tokyo Sandblaster" as those kind of choices don't really have to affect future scenes, not much extra writing, only a handful of extra images, but creating entirely different choice-based routes for several characters is a pretty big task unless you have a dev-team behind you or the money to commission/outsource entire scenes. And even then, the time required to think of new content for each route alone is a mission in itself and a pretty darn exhausting creative task. This might work better if the entire game is planned out before the first image is generated as then you'd just follow the already existing script. Or, as you mentioned before, after the base game is finished (DLC). But it's questionable if the dev would be able to keep his fanbase around for god knows how long until he can start a new project due to the work on an already finished game.

Agree with all of this but you're even underestimating the image difficulty to a degree, not the rendering of course which is fairly easy all things considered (although you do want to make your renders interesting/unique and not rote/repetitive) but rather the image editing portion can be very cumbersome if you want to make a quality product. Time spent in photoshop will greatly outstrip time spent prompting once you start to put a quality product together.

I don't know if I will continue with my vision the offensive and condescending coments were starting to convice me XD XD XD XD XD Hope the next update calms down the "pissed" people that linger in the coments section of a project they seem to hate, funny how some people say they gave up long ago but are still here that shit cracks me up so hard!! Could never be me...if anyone is wondering what my genuine reaction is to all the bitching and moaning, just now that it makes me laugh and that the project will move foward having no regards to such coments, I am good at making good visuals but I know I am not the best writer, hell, english is not even my first language but I think I am improving anyaway. The writting doesn't appeal to some people? Being my first try at something like this that's hardly a suprise ...Also, people calling for mutiple paths and options might not really know how much more work that would imply, the only people that know are game devs and even then, every project is different...This is something I already adressed mutiple times and I will most likely not talk about it again.

Well, next time you see someone criticise yourself or your work, take it on board, give it some time to digest what they've said and ask yourself, "Why should I care what some wanker jacking off on a message board says anyway?"

Keep at it mr. CircleGames. I assume this is a passion project? You should not care much about what people think, unless they are your patreons, and even then, their influence should be minimal. Because you are the creator, and you have your own vision, motives, and ideas, your own autonomy in other words. If I pay someone, I do it because I already like what they do, not because I want them to be my puppet and do as I please. If I think the game, or whatever it is, should be made a certain way, then I should do it myself not pay someone else to do it.
This is a common problem with games: they are treated as mere products to be made at the consumer's whims, irrespective of the creator's intentions and plans. This is not right because many times the consumer, in fact, is mistaken about what he wants, how he wants it, etc. Most videogames would suck ass or would turn into some generic garbage if the devs did everything the consumer asked of them. I think everything should be done in moderation. Pay heed to what people say, but you are the ultimate authority with regards the final product. I say this as a writer of short stories, I rarely care what people think of what I write; I write as I like, because it is for my own enjoyment, for my leisure, and if some like it, cool, but it is not my primary objective.

Your game is good, for a first try, and also your english is fine. I am as well not a native english speaker (Chilean), and your english is better than most anglosaxon born people.

Thank you good sir, you wrote exactly how I feel honestly...I also figured you were involved in some sort of creative endevour by the way you talk and know this issues in customer/dev relationships, and it turns out to be true since you then said you are a writer, as a graphic designer I also learned that the costumer most of the times doesn't know what he wants. One of the things in this case that people think they want but don't actually want is a faster pace in the history, they are just dying to see certain scenarios without caring how that affects the project and how that robs the project of tension and build up...But yes, I do hear what people say but I don't take anything serious in terms of letting it affect my work, unless it's just great criticism and it has happen before, there's a difference between having someone trying to impose their view on the project and someone that gives the creator an outside perspective, is my job to recognise the difference and use it to improve the project

To touch on a couple things I have seen mentioned here:

• Game is good as is, a nice slow corruption burn with some realism brought into it, and not everyone goes full on slut right away
• GF loves teasing and exploring boundaries, with the slutty friend willing to push her along with the BF who, while a little submissive in it looks to be able to have some interest in watching the incidents unfold and help push her boundaries
• A sexy step-mom with an adult friend ready to corrupt her, providing a better basis for corruption than the step-son suddenly being seen as "the man" to corrupt her
• A flirty step sister ready to push boundaries, and willing to help corrupt her step-bro and those around him
• English is fine, I didn't notice many issues and that's usually the first thing I notice.

Overall a nice NTS game with a lot of promise, can't wait to see where it goes.

There's no plans for "cheating" but if you mean the sharing/swinging/netorase then nothing yet, it's a slow burn. If that's the only thing you're playing for (which I think is limiting, there's already plenty of great content) then I'd wait probably a couple more updates to check back. There's already several incredible sex scenes though, they're just either between the MC and the LI or between other people entirely.

Have... have you played the game? Vi (the LI) will sleep with other people, it's just under the auspices of consensual sharing. It's on the opening page of this thread. Eric (the MC) will also have sex with other people. But there is very much a plot, albeit not so much a central plot so far. But as Bang said, let CG cook. He's cooking.
