Note that in the Silver version, dialogues and scenes were changed, but even after all the revisions, Vi's thoughts and feelings towards Bruce remained unaltered. Even after all the developer's adjustments, the core of Vi's thoughts about him hasn't changed. The developer probably didn't write her inner monologue that way for no reason.
Let's take, for example, the scene where Maki and Rob were having fun in the bathroom. Remember what Maki said and thought during that scene and after. The next day, she even blew Rob off. Now compare these two scenes. Compare Maki's attitude towards Rob with Vi's attitude towards Bruce, the difference is quite evident, I think. Vi hasn't even touched Bruce yet is already on the verge of losing control.
This fundamental difference in their reactions is exactly what makes Vi's psychological state so intriguing and, frankly, concerning for the future of her relationship with Eric. It's a deliberate character choice that the developer has consciously preserved through all revisions, which makes me believe it's a crucial setup for future conflict, regardless of the eventual NTS label.

I've no idea where you're getting all this from mate. If anything the opening sequence actually suggests the following will be a netorare story and it 's the so-called consent, with all the reassuring platitudes and instigator-innocent role switches it entails, that seemed a bit inorganic. Now y'all saying developers gotta write tropes with no variation or apparently even details in the story!

The game is called "My new girl friend" not "Violet - my new girl friend", can only be a coincidential that the game starts the way it is, just to fuck around with us.(that 100% won't be very popular opinion and there are definitly not enough clues for that, but they are beginning to pile up)
What if the "new gf" is actually Anya, but in the future? She trully loves the MC, with a "purest" form, she has the most reasons to love him and yet she's the only one without any hints to NTR Eric, she is still innocent in some way.
Or the game ends in Mushoku Tensei style - "why choose when you can have both".

Nobody would have an argument to stand on if the tag simply had NTR in it and the dev said that was the case. The rub is calling it one thing while making it all about another thing. That seems to be the complaint I see the most. Simple fix. Call it NTR.

Sorry but that will count as a spoiler for me, I don't want dev saying a thing, I'm also supporter, but from my perspective knowing what's going to be next be a major dissapointment.(but nothing major to start thinking about abandoning the ship)
It's all speculation in the end. The dev has kept this story on the rails and most people enjoy most of it. He could turn it on its head in a single sentence. That is the thrill of the whole thing. Not knowing what is next. It will work out in the end...or it won't.

I did laugh when I dove into this update knowing only that the BJ scene would be "redone" to find it's now a... ball sucking and dick licking scene. My main two problems before were the male pornstar character model not having an edgy haircut and specifically the dick shaft sucking (because giving head, shaft licking, ball gagging, and smearing precum all over her face during a photoshoot for a public website without checking in first is standard etiquette). I felt a lot better about Vi's actions this time around... Bruce being set up as a main influencer and bull for Vi may lead me to check out of this one entirely, I can't stand the character and don't think he'll be avoidable going forward.
Are you sure? If the couple is now free to do whatever they want at any time with anyone, how is Ari some type of "fair reward" for Eric? Ari is a free use slut who fucks randoms in the gym locker room if they have a big enough dick, and would certainly fuck Eric any day without Vi gargling pornstar nuts first. Will Eric get personalized IOU cards whenever Vi decides to be a whore that he'll need to redeem with Vi-approved partners? Is Vi really cool with her boyfriend getting the exact same NTS experience as DEVIANT fanclub members (watching a small fraction of what Bruce demands from Vi through a phone screen long after they're done)? Then Eric's lifestyle reward is to be a cucked Bruce-clone to his otherwise cool best friend in order to "reassert dominance" or "punish Vi" vicariously or whatever... while he himself is still cheating!? We do know what circle has planned though, it's been made very clear. Vi is on an NTS path. She isn't going to stray from him. It's all consensual sharing.

While he has said Erik and Vi are on an NTS path the definition he gave for NTS was pretty loose and he's also on record saying he doesn't like tags, feels they constrict him and the story is going to move through different tropes. Regarding this game I honestly wouldn't get married to tags and doing so would just set yourself up for disappointment .
Also per F95 rules they don't add tags until after an event has happened.
Writers can do whatever they want but straying too far will cost them. This is too far. There are inconsistencies that just don't match up. Let's use some ugly loose terms. Eric is supposed to be seen as the alpha of a harem. But he is a beta cuckold to his girlfriend? Make that work. She can do whatever she wants with anyone without permission, but she is also only doing this for her boyfriend and to grow the harem? She went too far and Eric is angry, but it all works out because Eric is fine with anything she does. Come on! This is basic psychology here.
I have never believed that (typically) a woman would allow herself to be shared solely for the deep love she has for her man. Of course, she enjoys it and gets her own needs met through doing these things. It would be ignorant and naive to believe that a woman 'allows' herself to be shared out of love. There is a difference between normal boundary pushing/testing and a woman who has made up her mind that she enjoys having sex with others and is going to do that regardless of rules and respect in her loving relationship. That is what we see beginning here. Vi giving in to her complete lust without consideration for her boyfriend ("no leash"), who she is supposed to love so much that she allows herself to be shared and shares her boyfriend with many others. Because nothing says "I love you more than anything" than a person who cannot control their desires and will suck off a pornstar.

I am here because it specifically says it is an NTS game, "Vi will follow a NTS route (sharing, swing, exhibitionism)". I supported it because it WAS an NTS game. The key feature of netorase is permission. Eric thinking it is not giving it. He is angry about the photoshoot. He says so in the sex scene with Ari.
That whole scene is questionable for netorase. Cuckolding is not netorase and yes, it deserves its own tag). Cuckolding means the wife is unfaithful in a monogamous relationship. Sharing involves permission in a non-monogamous relationship, so it is not cuckolding.
I am willing to accept the story however it plays out. At the same time, I can hope it will go a certain way, based on the things the dev has told us. But calling it one thing while it is certainly another is not right. The dev can put whatever he wants in the story, define it however he wants. But whatever exists in the story gets placed in the tags. This site, and nearly every one like it, uses tags that are defined by the site, not by the author.
Here is what we know. There is no swinging in the current story. Netorase is what the summary claims to be the point of the story, but still has to be proven, as does harem. And Harem only applies if the core dynamic of the harem is not disturbed, say by one of the harem members doing whatever she wants. What is taking place so far is an open-relationship where they both do whatever they want. So, a harem and open-relationships can coexist. But netorare cannot exist with a harem or open-relationships. Netorare is a possibility if we take chapter six as-is and it continues. Cuckolding is a tricky one as it is not a tag but falls under netorare again—NOT netorase.

The bigger question is why are you guys upset that some of are posting our desires for the game that differs from your desires? You're trying really hard to convince everyone that this is a netorare story and to let go of the NTS aspects of the game. In that case, the tag should absolutely be there. The summary SAYS it is an NTS/NTR world. But who will that include when it clearly stated Vi would be on the sharing, swinging, exhibitionism path. Why does it bother you? Let people post their theories, their bitches and gripes, and what they love about this game.
