So, you know, the current activity in the big brother clone games threads make me think -- someone should make yet another of these games, this time Big Brother: Black spin-off, with the whole family (Max included) being Black, but still white Eric. Then you'd have the game you wanted, with black MC getting cucked by white guy.
It'd also be a perfect bait for forum shit-storm, i imagine.

I know people like to bitch about AI art (especially when it's obviously derived from a specific artist's style) but fuck it, I still love this art style, and I can't wait for the game's actual plot to relentlessly degenerate (outside of MC's dreams). Right now, it's just too tease-y and there's not enough content, but definitely gonna keep an eye out for this when it gets more content.

Apparently, taking a rather generic AI hentai style and remolding it is somehow stealing someone's art according too 26suspects.
In the end, CircleGames is a dude who just jumped in to the porn game development and apparently has no clue on what an overview is, instead believing a description of the hypothetical is enough.
Mind you, that even as I didn't make the game (and it didn't make it to latest update), at least I keep the main post of the thread look formal. I'm sure your history with the site should give you some insight on how to present your game in first impression.

Tried yesterday, very promising, kinda sad if the new style is too different than the previous one but that's life. Eager to see more !

CircleGames, I hope the new style will retain the "big butts in tight clothing" aspect at least lol.
"a rather generic style" is still AI trained on someone's art. It's just someone whose name isn't as known as the fappers' darling that got them all up in arms in this thread.

"A lot of different arts" in the context of AI training means "art of many someones" instead of only one person. It's just stealing from more people. So if stealing from one person doesn't align with your morals like you claimed, then doing it from more than one person shouldn't really align, either...

Stealing is a strong word, it is not that simple, first one needs to educate himself on how AI works, for example Melkor from what I have seen never worked with horse cocks or bestiality yet you can make bestiality AI art with his style, so how is that possible? Well first the AI analises Melkor style then analises what bestiality art is and then combines them in a new creation, a creation, is AI stealing bestiality porn from Melkor ? It would be hard to argue that, one can say that the AI created a brand new image following the peculiar style traits of Melkor, if it was a human doing that, there would be no issues, but since it is AI it is a problem. I am not defending anything, I am just saying I understand both sides of the spectrum and their arguments. But make no mistake, technology is like time, it stops for absolutly no one, and like time, it only knows one way, foward. AI is gonna be integrated on everything, movies, games, music, art...despite our opinions on the matter.

It's unfortunate that you're stepping away from Melkor's art style. I would've loved a game styled after Melkor's art considering his comics have been lackluster recently but you do you bro. Excited to see what you got cookin.
I'm afraid it is this simple. The AI generates a mash-up/blend of digested artworks (with elements internally linked to provided tags). So if it produces art like you describe, it simply means it was trained on work of artists who made such art (in this case Melkor and some other guy(s) who drew horse cocks or whatever) The "stealing" refers to that training part of the process, because it's quite literally taking in people's work. It may be similar to how a human learns to copy someone else's drawing style, but note that a person who does it will be similarly treated with contempt at best, or accused/charged with plagiarism at worst.
But anyway, this is probably not something worth continuing, the same discussions can be found in most of the threads for games that went for the ai generation.

I will say, from the few screenshots ive seen the art seems like it's gonna get downgraded. Feels like it's trading some of the "uniqueness" of the art style for a generic anime look that every ai game seems to have. Atleast for the faces.

I still don't see how you can steal someone's "style". You do not have exclusive rights over your format. Mr beast popularised a certain style of video that so many people copied. Into the spiderverse popularised a style of animation that other studios are embracing. Eminem literally made a song about how everyone else is just copying him. There's so many clearly dark souls inspired games out right now. Western animations take the Japanese anime style approach all the time. My hero academia "stole" the DC/Marvel superhero gimmick and style.
People made the 3D models that almost every renpy game seems to steal. People steal so many porn stars entire being and put it into a html game...... i can keep going on and on but nobody cares. The last two are infinitely more blatant cases of theft then anything ai.
Again artists aren't a special category of people that deserve protection. People are allowed to take inspiration from it/modify it. AI just made that process infnitely easier so people are just crying about it. And if it was actually about theft, you'd be in some obscure html game outraged that they are stealing other porn stars work and identity way before you were here.
