can't tell for sure , she is trying hard to impress Erik , so it depends on him (and the writer) , the more the distance he make from her (ignoring her/more broken promises) the higher chance to go that route, so will i get mad at her if she got blacked after that ? nop (i'll be mad at Erik instead) , sad ? for sure as i would love to see her "exclusive" to Erik & less slutty than others as a Unique character.

Finished playing the update, made sure I waited till the final version. And was amazing, loved Anya Progress a tons. And the animations in the end with Ari were so good too. I dont know about the changes done with the different versions as I only checked out the final one. But I am happy with the update and cant wait for the next one. Maki and Laura are Top 3 for me so hope we see more of them in the next chapter.

Personally I think that makes for a good story. I see alot of people want a story on easy mode and the MC is king of the world. I find that to be boring and predictable.

I mean it felt like MC revenge fucked Ari after looking at the posts. Though their relationship was pretty open from the start, Eric did have his fair share of action , he was hesitant at first before his lust took over, so when he did look at the photoshoot images at the end, it felt as if VI might have crossed the line even with their flexible bond. I mean corruption should have been shown a little more gradually. Also I feel there should be some kind of reason of devs showing the images via Ari s phone rather than MC

Most of the people leaving criticism, from what I've read, are not saying "Vi shouldn't give blowjobs." They're pointing out the dialogue they don't like, usually focusing on Vi's inner thoughts creaming over Bruce and losing control while shooting with him. Eric is an afterthought in these scenes, and Vi even mentions Eric is irrelevant because she's a different person with Bruce. Something being hot or not is subjective to a reader, and the Bruce fans have made it very clear how they feel. I've just been seeing a ton of "read the dialogue" counter-points made to posts critical of the last update. We are reading the dialogue, we just didn't like it.

I don't want to get embroiled in an argument over this stuff ever again, but I feel like a lot of lines of dialogue are being missed.

"...the love we have..."
"...isn't something that can be shaken so easily"

Which obviously gives a slightly different impression, so people will have to find out next time more of Vi's thoughts. I think everyone should just chill out a bit and wait and see. Making guesses and discussing is obviously great. But making assumptions about all sorts of things - which are often very off base from what CG has openly discussed let alone what he has said privately in the past - isn't really very helpful.

Definitely is a love story, albeit not one that is remotely vanilla. It's not the primary focus, it is first and foremost a porn game which I think is a strength, as it has enough character drama (romance, family, friends etc) to make people interested in the characters without getting super bogged down.

Again, I don't want either group to get the wrong impression, because I see both sides of this argument being wrong about different aspects. It's super fun to guess where a story is going to go that you're interested in, or what scenes might make it in. But the game is not really meant to be a game with a negative vibe, even if it has some drama at times.

Again, I want to clarify the difference between character preferences and audience preferences. Chapter 6 critics (at least most of us) understand that Eric likes what's happening.

Small things would go a long way toward keeping the relationship feeling closer to some readers, like please give your boyfriend a phone call before becoming a porn whore. That would let Eric actually support her first porn scene shoot. It would also be less comical to read about Eric's inner dialogue while watching Vi's studio content ("it's just like Vi is posing for me, looking at me through the camera, challenging me frfr") when we as readers have just marinated in her thoughts of Bruce's primacy while jilling throughout both sessions.

Vi simply does everything he wants, admires the way he talks to her, and even her inner thoughts reflect that. Bruce ends up being as much of a catalyst as her actual boyfriend, which I find pretty disturbing. I think it’s wrong for someone to have that kind of power in a relationship. On top of that, all those thoughts that Symbiotic brings up during the filming seem to clash with who Vi really is. Because of all that, I consider this arc — mainly because of the power dynamic between Bruce and Vi — the weakest one in the story.

It's your point and I respect it, the difference in our takes is the amout/lvl of control under the whole situation. While for somebody (like me for ex.) the lack of control makes it hotter(beeing more unpredictable + letting fantasy fly more), on the other hand, there are readers for whom this lack of control makes an opposite impression(like letting your LI too far from a comfort zone, where those games are safe no more.(I think))

That's is also why, because of Bruce's influence, I have speculated on more darker themes - there is a solid base for this kind of speculations.

Right now we already got some statement from Symbiotic that the game might take more fun/bright approach and the next arc should be all about redemption and reclamation.
