did anyone encounter the same problem when i tried to get a prostitute for charles and then suddenly the book of faces tells me "Sorry no more content available. wait for next update" but according in the guide there are more contents

You need to visit Charles at his house the next day at 15:00 just like what the MC says to the prostitue.
This is one of the few things I didn't include in my Guide and will be adding soon since several people seem to have miss that.
Otherwise everything else you need help with should be in my Guide, link in my sig.

Yes, by the Hospital but you can only access her content through a mod and editing your save since it's bugged and blocked by BoN in the game.

save editing is not code changer so probably no chance.

I remember this bug long ago with Ace engine. Never seen it on MV

While playing, are you able to save, then still playing, go back and try to load that save?
Do you have a "save" folder in your game folder i.e. gamefolder /www/save and is not tick readonly in properties?
Is your game extracted and its folder located either on desktop,local disk, or another hardrive and not in appdata folder or temp or program files?
