I had that same problem. Go back to when you talk to maria on sofa and you are given a scene where lucy gets naked. When that happens you have to go to outside pool and click the circle for a next scene after that head down and you will see another circle where you click on it. After all that then you go back to her room. That is how I fixed it.

You playing patreon version, you need incest patch to see scenes of Lucy and sarah. If you play 0.85 without incestpath you loss a lot scenes.
