Thats because your relationship with beth is high. All those quest are finish already. Are you using someone else save or being save editing yourself? Just asking cause your save have those variables max, indicating they were finished already.
If you haven't done Alison quest as yet, you will get the same problem.
Here is your save edited and working for Beth storyline.

If you are using the pc cheat mod. You can access the bug fixer via SoTN Help. Read the mod features and refer to its pictures to understand what I mean.

I think her quest will end when her husband find out that she is pregnant (in a future update).
on a completely unrelated note, kind of hoping (even though i know he won't do this) beg retcons clarisse into having a way fatter ass. i need some big butt content since we're not getting anything of lucy/sarah for awhile also, "shy nerdy girl with huge ass" is an absolutely top tier combination
