Go to the toilet inside of the hotel, wait for him to go far right, then leave the toilet. But you can't buy the condoms, because it leads to the game breaking teleport bug

You have to go inside the hotel and then go to the bathroom, You can find it in the right side of the hotel, but after she go to the farmacy what is next is a bug, a loop where You can't do anything
