So, I had this issue, and my fix was very much a PEBKAC moment. Turns out, if it isn't a school day, the circle doesn't appear. so if this is a problem for you, try on a mon-fri.

You have reached "End of content" for school quest. The sapphire necklace in BOF is a bug. The dev just didnt put an end of content message. But, once you gave Rachel the necklace on roof and talk to Carmen etc, you reached the end.
I checked your save and you have reached the end of content. Just ignore the BOF message bug

Thanks man, also I faced a new bug....after fucking Brenda's mom with a shemale the BOF says meet Brenda at her house..when I go to meet her house it transferred to a bugged sex scene

But in general I would say that game is greatly improved in many ways, so revamp much more better than original version of the game

There is a bug with the babysitting preventing you from seeing the scenes. The pc cheat mod has a bypass/fix and would allow you to see the scenes. But you have to use it at your very first babysitting job.
Go to one of the rooms and let the time run out there, instead of main room / living room.
Look for the stars before talking to them.

no wonder babysitting doesn't work but I'm using joyplay guess I have to wait for another update.
