There is no issue on my side with your save. Jason is there and working fine when I load it up (on v0.96 + pc cheat mod)
Therefore the problem lies on your side. Only thing I can think of is: you using a mod or your game is not updated.

Hello everyone. What do you all think about gangs? In the past, after updating the game, I would play each gang three times. However, with the recent updates, it seems like gangs are no longer relevant. Will gangs no longer be relevant? By the way, I'm on V.96 and I've talked to the police in Carmen Quest, but nothing has progressed. I hope this will be fixed in the next update. 
Symphony of the Night How do I fix this issue? After talking to Amy at Dragunov and try to get in the car I get this error. I think it's cause I dont have the lamboghini car. Any way to fix it?

Someone help me, I can't move forward in Brenda's personal story. I stayed after the call and the change of look, but when I go to her house, the only thing the MC says is I should ring the doorbell, but he doesn't give me any other option or anything. and on Facebook in the symbol of? He keeps telling me to wait for his call.
