If you play the game in Windows system. It look like your vga is not working properly, check the device manager if Windows use the basic vga adapter.

i already had it when i started to go to Sharon and Marge.
I have a save when i was at Lil Pop's house doing the quest for Morgan, i'll try to finish it then give the money to Sharon, fuck her until anal then start Marge's quesr and fuck her until anal as well
