Use the cheat mod to curb the mindless grind.
For Carol's quest you need to accept the paparazzi's proposal, to save yourself a lot of time fixing stuff.
Other bugs are more rng based on my experience.

Question- i started to play new version 0.97 and now i get new house from joing Dragunov gang. Right now i doing family quests and get a problem with Laura. It's says i need play game in afternoon, but i dont get pc icon, there only 1 icon- sleep one, which appears 21 pm. Is there bugfix for it? Oh, and my character become Ivanka after joining in gang scene, which amuse me

Check book of faces, maybe you on mission right now. This game is bugged as fuck. You can see my case upper. I became Ivanna and icons in new house exept for sleep dissapears. And i dont know, if there bugfix for that

Yes and no. Some problems are fixed but there is quite the push to force the dev to finally start fixing his own game.
