So before I really get too deep into this game, since it doesn't have the sandbox tag are your interactions limited in like time or actions for a character? Basically, can you miss stuff?

Yes, there is one event for which you have to get with most girls if you wanna see the most scenes, but you do need the cheat mod if you wanna see all possible scenes because of a time limit. Also it's not hard(minus the bugs) to finish the girl's stories. They are side branches opening up as you progress and you do the ones you want while not being forced to proceed on the main story.

Some of those you asked aren't even in the game. The few that were added were already mentioned and also the way to get them. Pls use the search function before you ask as it spares you the most amount of time, if not the energy.

so got to bugs in the game 1 Carmen has reset herself in book of faces and 2 school keeps saying to go buy sapphire neckless, Also i cant seem to do any gang related missons

I think that should have been answered(at least I'm remembering a few times). That's just a visual bug or should be. I have all her scenes available but it still says the same.

The sapphire necklace is left that way on purpose(so I have heard) so that it will be easier for beggar to continue the school quest.

doing that right now But still havent found how to activate them, would be good if we could get how to activate those scenes.
