Go to the mall and there to the jewelry store, it will sparkle and you get told that the last one was sold, then you go to the entrance of the cinema and talk to the couple there.

You better get used to it, it stays there after some sexscenes and disappears after some others.
I cant go to school, i know where it is from the map but i cant cross to the high neighborhood north from the high neighborhood west, its like there is an invisible wall there. I can cross to the west from the east (home) just fine tho, but thats it. I just started this game, is this a bug?

It's a decent amount of scenes, side characters with which you have multiple events are about 5, if we add the random ones there are about 8 in total.

Each one of those kind of scenes are avoidable, however looking at your profile picture I guess you are not looking to avoid them.
you should be able to after you get your new car and the mechanic customizes it for you, Mable is her name I think
