My thought's exactly. He's blaming the drop in sub count instead of blaming himself for being lazy. He is right though, the sub count will prevent him from making more money and dedicating time to this game (which he wasn't even doing in the first place) but he just doesn't want to mention it's because his work ethic sucks. I gave up on this game along time ago and I am still symphony of the night's #1 glazer. Sadly it's just not enough when the "developer" is garbo. If SOTN made his own game or even took this from the developer (probably not legal) I would throw my money at him in a heartbeat. I feel like a lot of us would since I think everyone at this point respects SOTN way more then BOTN.

Yeah it seems like it would be a pretty turbulent source of income but I know it's possible to make it steady. Chyos would probably be my number one example of a dev that is extremely successful in all regards: makes enough money to live and be comfortable, makes a great game that everyone loves, is consistent and has a loyal fanbase. Maybe work at a coffee shop on the side and you'd be living the dream. From what I know being a one man team isn't impossible, you just have to set realistic goals. Plus you never know, if you make an exceptionally good game you could genuinely make the next Skyrim of the genre and start rolling in it. Either way I wish you luck in whatever you do since you seem like a real person who hasn't been consumed by the goon gods and seem to care about the things that you do. On that note, I never wish bad on anyone. And really hope the dev could of continue making a great game. But the excuses I see. Cant even bother to explain how ridiculous some of them in the past was. If you here long enough, you know. But I totally agree with you man, the dev can easily fix this problem of low subs as you said. He rather blame others and make up more excuses. Nothing new, same old, same old with a spin unfortunately. My dog ate my computer

Honestly, never saw the point of it. BOF is more accurate and the game changes so much that keeping a guide update is to much work, plus that guide is wrong currently. But to answer your question, sure anyone can update / make there own. I dont see what's stopping anyone
the dev is as usual being as lazy as f*ck, can't even be bothered to post the correct version and date. bet the content part isn't correct either
