Known bugs, if you search the thread you can find the solutions for it. For the first one(btw did you really censor the image for a porn forum?) you need to edit your save file and delete a certain part(don't remember, but simply search for "Sandra anal bug").
The second one is purely visual and disappears at the next interactive sex scene, after that you can pray to increase the chance it won't appear again.
Sorry, but it's not that kind of game. There is barely one scene you get if you fail a certain event. Game also doesn't have a gallery so a save won't help you too much.i see netorare tag realyplease someone give the save

And also in the park , how to get out of the house and down from the right in the morning , from 7-11 o'clock . There are also scenes when Maria is sunbathing, alone with her, and full-fledged when Lucy connects.

I mean, if we actually got all the threesomes then yea, i think we could talk about not delivering, but from what i found, we only got Maria + Lucy (TV at afternoon nigth with 3 scenes, 1 in the pool, 1 in the park and 1 when they work out) and Laura + Sarah (after you get Laura with Sarah on sunday 19pm). Maria and Lucy scenes are good, not gonna lie (but thats just everything with Lucy).
This was supposed to be in the last update... the guy took 3-4 months for a few scenes? not even all threesomes or at least Laura with each girl.
Pretty sad, with how things are going this game will probably never be finished/abandoned. He'll lose even more patreons with this update, if its really just what i found. Hope there is more in the update.
