I have finished it and they are in Chinatown next to the old man (I think) and the other is in Newtown Nth if I'm not mistaken (correct me if Im wrong please) you need to do it right after she tells you where they are that night.has anyone been able to finish sandra quest if yes can u pls tell me where to find melissa packages cuz i can't , i checked the destinations and with different times at day and still nothing

The trick to do girls quests is to use time cheat,lets say you have to go to her house at 3 and ends at 11,set time back to 3.I did most of them like that except dates which continue to next day,same as with jobs,especially hospital that one has over 50 quests

just open date guide in tab so all dates are perfect,but carol's dates a pain in the butt so many to do
